The College of Coastal Georgia is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Lodmell as the new Director of the Camden Center. Lodmell served as interim director in August 2019, succeeding Dr. Bill Garlen.
We are so proud of our upcoming graduates, and excited to announce Spring Commencement 2024! It will be held on Saturday, May 4, at the Jekyll Island Convention Center.
Dr. Vargas earned his Ph.D. Applied Mathematics from Wichita State University. He has an M.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Physics. His interests are computational fluid dynamics, mathematical modeling, partial differential equations, numerical analysis, and anything related to scientific computing.
