Brunswick, GA – State Representative Alex Atwood hosted “College of Coastal Georgia Day” at the Capitol. A group of CCGA student leaders, faculty, coaches, alumni, administrators, and the new College mascot travelled to Atlanta for the event. The morning included touring the Capitol, viewing the legislative process, meeting with their representatives and senator to thank them for supporting higher education, and being recognized by a House invitation resolution and Senate acknowledgement from Senator William Ligon.
