The Art and Lindee Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship will be hosting the first Lucas Lecture and Entrepreneurship Awards Ceremony on Monday, April 3 at 6 p.m. The special event will be held at the Southeast Georgia Conference Center and the campus and local community are welcome to attend.
The Lucas Lecture will feature Ebbie and Ayana Parson, founders of Yardstick Management and the Fearless Fund, in an engaging discussion with College of Coastal Georgia President Dr. Michelle Johnston about their entrepreneurial journey and vision for the future. Yardstick Management was named to Inc. Magazine’s 2022 Best in Business and has been recognized globally by the Real Leaders Impact Award 2023 as the No. 1 Black-owned professional services firm.
The lecture will be followed by the inaugural entrepreneurship awards ceremony, recognizing local entrepreneurs and businesses.
