Financial Technologies

Financial Technology, or FinTech, encompasses all of the background operations that occur to make financial services quick, convenient, reliable, and secure. FinTech companies build and administer the data management systems that allow financial transactions to be initiated and completed. These transactions include swiping a debit card, making a mobile bank deposit, online bill payments, and more. The FinTech concentration prepares students for employment in this industry.
